This was pretty good, pixelated style games are pretty enjoyable when done well and I'd say you definitely accomplished that. I do think there could've been more to the atmosphere to have more tension with the scares and also have a bit more stuff around the mansion to fill some of the empty spaces. Besides that, I am interested enough to see where you take this if you do go ahead with the second chapter. Keep it up!

VERY GOOD AND FUN GAME LIKED IT
This was a really cool horror game and I really love the use of horrific visual images to portray the horrifying happenings in the mansion. The design of the different statues and the main ghost were very original and unique. It really added on to the uniqueness and plot of the game. The idea behind the entire incident being made up by human's thoughts and imagination that was brought up at the end really made me rethink my thoughts and opinions on supernatural and horror. Moreover, the jumpscares were relatively well-timed and some of them caught me off guard.
Some things to improve on could be the use of more visual images to portray the horrors in the mansion as well as adding more storyline-based items about the white ghost at the end as for me, not much was really being talked about the white ghost so it didn't really leave a lasting impression on me (Besides the amazing design of the character). Other than that, I would love to see more Chapters and interesting storylines being added into the game.
Thank you for reading my comment and I wish you good luck in your future endeavours.
Impressive work.
The most unique aspect of the game is of course the use of Voxels. Personally, I've tried using Voxels and making a game, but it's somewhat difficult, You managed to do that brilliantly.
As for the gameplay, it's a bit janky for me, which is expected from the Voxel game and I guess your first horror game, assuming this is your first published project. Overall atmosphere is neat, the sound design needs work as well as the development for the story and some of the monster. I liked that the game has chapters, because you can improve upon every new chapter and make it worthwhile for players and yourself, as you can learn more and improve upon the foundation.
Good Luck with this. Looking forward to the update.
And, FYI, I've actually do heard of the "Georgian Folklore" tales. One of my friends visited Georgia, he said that it's a beautiful, welcoming and nice country.
